Hydration Reminder - Daily Water Tracker Examine App

Super simple and effective!

What a great find! I’m a registered dietitian and on some days so busy I forget to drink then try getting it all in late in the day. I love this app and have already been recommending it to patients and clients. I especially love how simple it is; just enough variables to customize but not so many that it scares off my “non-techy” people.

Exactly what you need

This is exactly what I have been searching for! I needed a guide to tell me how much and when to drink water. Drinking small amounts throughout the day is better for hydration.

This app works. I have used it on 2 separate occasions and it really makes you aware of how much water you're drinking. It definitely makes you drink more water

I tried many similar app. This is the best because its intelligence tells u how much your body needs water and when above all of that tell you if u get hydrated during the day

So far so good

I like it! I add another apps for water intake and hated it, I deleted it immediately. I have kept this one. It's simple and does what I need. I can log my intake and it gives a gentle nudge when I not where I should be according to the time of day. It works and I have increased my intake.

It keeps me on track thru out the day

The alerts are very helpful and have helped me establish a water drinking behaviour that keeps me on pace with my daily goal

Best one yet

I've tried so many water apps, and this one is the best one yet. I love that it compares where I should be to where I am. And the notifications aren't way too often that it annoys me into not wanting to drink water and deleting the app. It's starting to really help me create better habits!

Easy to use. Good recommendation for amount of water regarding to weight and activities.

Already drinking more water!

Second day of the app and already drinking more water. I like that it reminds you only when you haven't had enough at certain points in the day. It makes you think about drinking more consistently rather than 'tanking' up because you're dehydrated. The visual representation is also nice!

Ok but could be better

Nice app. Works well for my purposes. It would be nice to have a goal indication line on the graph as well as the indicator ring show when it is beyond 100% for the day. Maybe with a darker blue for the greater than 100% portion.

No Health Integration

I like the intake/intake goal rings — it's clear where I should be during the day. But without Health integration, and the ability to set my daily goal based on current weight (from Health) and activity (from Health) and temperature (from location), I can't recommend the app.

This app is really good if you are looking to keep track of your water intake. It also give notifications to remind you to drink more water and where you should be with your consumption level. Try it out :)
